Yes, you can, especially if the medication is used as directed by your doctor. Alvesco and Fostex have different roles in therapy – Alvesco is an inhaled glucocorticoid used regularly to reduce inflammation in the bronchi, while Fostex contains formoterol and budesonide, which have both anti-inflammatory and bronchodilatorial effects.
Your doctor may have recommended that you use them at the same time to stabilize your symptoms and provide better control of your asthma or COPD. Concomitant use is not uncommon, but it is important to stick to a carefully established dosage regimen.
