I was prescribed this medication, unfortunately you are not able to swallow this tablet. Can I pour the contents on a spoon and swallow with water?

The effect will be preserved, but it is difficult to assess to what extent.
After pouring out (i.e. destroying the form of the drug), the active substance may (but does not have to, as it is an immediate-release drug) be absorbed to a slightly lesser extent.
Unfortunately, no such studies have been conducted, so it is difficult to determine how the drug will be absorbed then.
But I understand that it depends on the pills? Do these old properties after spilling and not rolling up completely?

Cyclonamine in hard capsules that are not extended-release, so you can pour them out if swallowing is difficult. According to the product characteristics, the capsule content is a white powder.
However, it is good to avoid pouring the "powder" from the tablet directly into the mouth, as it can taste very bitter and irritate the mucous membrane – it is better to pour the contents of the capsule onto a teaspoon and mix with a little water. However, please make sure that you do not lose the contents of the capsule when pouring it out, but take its entire dose.
However, some specialists are of the opinion that a crushed preparation may not be absorbed as it should. The capsule is designed to reach the stomach and sometimes further to the intestines and release the substance to be absorbed. By opening the capsules and swallowing only their contents, we lead to a situation where part of the active substance settles in the throat and esophagus for some time. It is also exposed to hydrochloric acid from the stomach and digestive enzymes for a longer time. It follows that such a procedure may affect the absorption and effective action of the preparation.
