The Polsart 40 mg tablet can be divided into halves, so from a technical point of view, you can take 1.5 tablets, i.e. a dose of 60 mg. However, I advise against changing the dosage method without consulting a doctor. Changes in the dosage of cardiac drugs require a health assessment by a specialist. Reducing / increasing the dose of the drug yourself may worsen your well-being.
