The most common side effect seen with Azalia is irregular bleeding.
This adverse reaction has been observed in clinical trials in 50% of women using desogestrel tablets with a strength of 75 micrograms. Due to the fact that the drug inhibits ovulation in almost 100%, irregular bleeding occurs more often than when using tablets containing other substances.
After a few months of taking the drug, bleeding occurs with less frequency.
