Vascular disorders with Seroxat are uncommon (≥1/1000 to <1/100) and may include: transient increase or decrease in blood pressure, orthostatic hypotension.
According to the manufacturer's information:
"Transient elevation or decrease in blood pressure has typically been reported in patients with pre-existing hypertension or anxiety."
"When administered to healthy subjects, paroxetine does not induce significant clinical changes in blood pressure, heart rate, and ECG."
