Zafiron (montelukast) is a prescription-only drug and has no over-the-counter equivalent.
If you are unable to consult a doctor to obtain a new prescription, you can go to the pharmacy to ask for a new prescription. You can read about when a pharmacist can write a prescription here:

You can also make an appointment for a teleconsultation, e.g. via the Gdziepolek.pl portal:

If you experience shortness of breath and difficulty breathing, do not wait – this may be a health threat, so contact your doctor or go to the emergency room immediately. Until you get a prescription, you can use emergency medications previously prescribed to quickly relieve a bout of shortness of breath (e.g. Ventolin), if they have been recommended. It is important not to stop treatment and not look for substitutes without a medical check-up.
