Good morning
I forgot to take out Ginoring according to the instructions after 3 weeks and took it out a day later (I'll call you on Monday)
Won't this have a negative impact on contraception?
The next system now I should set up exactly in a week, i.e. in a week on Tuesday, even though it was originally always Monday.
Will such a delay not affect the reduction in the level of contraception in the next cycle?

Yes, the day and time remain unchanged.
Then the protection will be maintained.
For the future, there is no need to stick to a specific time of application of the disc. It is enough to observe the time of day – e.g. always in the morning, always before noon or always in the evening.
The time stays the same, on Monday I always assume 10.30?

In order to maintain the effectiveness of contraception, the next system should be applied as usual – i.e. on Monday.
In this case, the 1-day delay should be treated as the first day of the 7-day break, i.e. as if you normally took out the disc on time.
Removing the disc one day later than usual increases the risk of spotting and intracyclic bleeding (during disc wear). However, even if such bleeding or spotting occurs, protection will be maintained and there is no reason to worry.
