The Spamilan product characteristics do not indicate a risk of gynecomastia with this medicine. Very rarely, galactorrhea may develop (less than 1 patient in 10,000 taking Spamilan will see this side effect).

Of the medicines listed, gynecomastia may be a side effect of Pragiola (a rare side effect). All of these drugs can cause sexual dysfunction, erectile dysfunction, galactorrhea and priapism (Asentra, Fluoxetin and Aciprex). Not all patients will experience the side effects listed.

User questions and answers that provide feedback about products are not verified for the purchase or use of the product.
