Hello, because of the humidity in the house, I have allergies, I use Metmin and Contrahist, but I don't see any improvement, I still have a stuffy nose. Is Metmin and Contrahist a good choice for this type of allergy?

Metmin (momethason) and Contrahist (levocetirizine) can relieve allergy symptoms such as runny nose and sneezing, but with chronic exposure to damp and mold, they often do not provide full relief.
The most important thing is to limit contact with the allergen – drying the house, ventilating, removing mold. If symptoms persist despite medication, it is worth consulting an allergist, who may recommend other medications, such as steroid nasal sprays, or additional tests for inhalation allergy.
