Is it OK to give Metex 12 hours later?

Metex should be used once a week, at about the same time. The summary of product characteristics does not provide information on possible problems related to the change of the time of administration. A 12-hour delay in taking the current dose should be taken into account when planning the next injection to maintain a 7-day interval between doses. Taking the drug more than once a week is at risk of serious side effects.
