Zinnat should not interfere with the effect of Bunondol. The described symptoms may be an adverse effect of antibiotic therapy and the effect of the adverse effect of Zinnat on the gastrointestinal tract. Abdominal pain and diarrhoea are very common side effects, which, depending on their severity, may be an indication for additional treatment. During the treatment, probiotics should be used, and in the case of diarrhea - additionally electrolytes and an easily digestible diet. If the symptoms worsen or fever occurs, you should see a doctor.
