According to current recommendations for the use of hormone replacement therapy, it is best to start treatment as early as possible using the lowest possible doses of the drug, and at a later stage possibly modify the type of preparations and hormone levels. This makes it possible to avoid both postmenopausal ailments (e.g. osteoporosis, mood swings, urinary and genital disorders) and side effects of hormonal treatment. It is definitely not too early to start the treatment. The main indication for the use of Oekolp cream is atrophic lesions of the lower urogenital tract.
