Which drugs have a similar effect, only stronger than roachol (essential oils) and restore the normal dissolution of psychotropic drugs in the body? After using ursopol, my medications dissolve terribly quickly and rapidly, causing quilting and thus reach very high concentrations of the active substance. How can I reverse the effects of taking Ursopol Skotor Roachol no longer works in previously helped??

Preparations from the group of bile acid-binding drugs (colesevelam or cholestyramine) have a stronger effect than Rowachol (a drug with essential oils) - they strengthen the binding of excess bile acids in the intestine and can restore a more normal balance of the process of dissolving lipophilic substances. They are currently not available in Poland in pharmacy trade. However, they can be imported from abroad as part of targeted import, after obtaining the appropriate permit.
In addition, preparations supporting liver function (e.g. silymarin, taurine, pancreatic enzymes) can support digestion and absorption.
In your situation, it is worth discussing the introduction of such preparations with your doctor, as their use can help to alleviate the rapid changes after Ursopol and restore the stability of psychotropic drug concentrations. It is not recommended to experiment with medications on your own – always consult your doctor about the choice of treatment. Please also remember that taking all medications and dietary supplements should always be reported to your doctor, especially when he or she decides to implement further medications. Such a procedure will allow for the selection of safe and effective pharmacotherapy.
