EllaOne (ulipristal) is an effective morning-after pill, especially if taken within a few hours after sex. In your case, accepting it an hour after the event is an ideal scenario. Even though ovulation increases the risk of conception, EllaOne can delay or inhibit ovulation if it has not already occurred. In the situation described, the risk of pregnancy is rather low.
I encourage you to observe your cycle and take a pregnancy test to be sure. Confirmation of the lack of pregnancy can be a pregnancy test performed about 10 days after intercourse, e.g.:
