Can Azalea cause pain, nausea and amenorrhea?

Good morning, for 2.5 months I have been taking Azalia, for 2 months irregular cycles, Sporting, no pain or nausea. For 2 weeks I have been feeling continuous pain like those of the cycle and nausea, without menstruation though. Is this normal or is it time to worry? Thank you

Azalia tablets can cause cycle disorders such as irregular bleeding and mid-cycle spotting, especially in the first months of use. Single-component pills can cause the above ailments in up to half of patients who start using this form of contraception. In 20% of women using Azalea, bleeding may not occur at all. If the pills were used in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, there is no reason to worry about the lack of effect.

Pain and nausea can be a side effect of taking hormonal contraception. In the case of poor tolerance of the drug, consultation with a gynaecologist is recommended (it may be necessary to change the method of protection against pregnancy).
