Is it normal to feel very agitated after 3 weeks of using ApoSerty 50 mg?

Hello, for the first week I took half a tablet of Aposerta 50 and for 3 weeks I have been taking Aposerta 50 1 tablet a day. I'm still too aroused, as if someone had recharged me with some kind of afterburner. After such a period of taking the drug, shouldn't the body calm down, adjust so that there are no such symptoms?
