I had the first dose of Mounjaro 2.5 in the morning. The night 8 hours of terrible pain in the nerve of the right thigh. After a few days more severe pain in the leg and stools with digested blood. Dizziness and weakness. Low hemoglobin at 7.9. Hospitalization in the emergency room. Negative gastroscopy. Colonoscopy request. Always dizziness and weakness. Tonight I also vomit. I don't know what to do anymore. I'm terrible

Your symptoms – severe leg pain, bloody stools, very low haemoglobin, dizziness, weakness and vomiting – are serious and require immediate diagnosis and treatment.
Mounjaro can cause gastrointestinal side effects such as nausea, vomiting or diarrhoea, but bloody stools and severe anaemia are not typical symptoms and may indicate a serious complication not directly related to the drug.
In this situation, it is imperative to continue diagnostics under the care of a doctor, not to take further doses of the drug without the doctor's consent and to inform the medical staff about all new symptoms.
