Entresto, used to treat heart failure, can cause a variety of side effects, but muscle pain and burning eyes are not typical symptoms reported in the package leaflets. The most common side effects include hypotension, hyperkalaemia, kidney dysfunction, cough, diarrhoea and fatigue.
If you experience muscle pain or burning sensation in your eyes after starting Entresto therapy, I encourage you to consult your doctor as these may be symptoms that require evaluation and may also be related to other causes or drug interactions.
