Can you combine Lamitrin S, paracetamol and Nurofen?

My 8-year-old son takes Lamitrin S 25 mg. She now has the flu with a high fever so do we have to alternate paracetamol with Nurofen? Will it not harm his health?

According to currently available knowledge, there are no significant interactions between lamotrigine (Lamitrin S) and paracetamol and ibuprofen (Nurofen). The use of a combination of these drugs should not result in deterioration of health.
