According to the Lamitrin dossier, no weight gain has been reported in patients during treatment.

Weight gain has been reported commonly (may affect less than 1 in 10 patients but may affect more than 1 in 100) with sertraline. If weight gain poses a health risk, it is worth reporting it to a doctor and dietician.
