Hello, I received a recipe ointment for the anal fissure diltiazem 2.0. How to apply the ointment correctly? I don't remember if the doctor ordered the rectal lubrication of the fissure rectally? Is it only for the sphincter outside? The prescription says 3 times a day locally... Thank you for your answer Magdalena
