Ganoderma does not affect the effectiveness of the contraceptive pill. Regardless of whether you keep a time interval or take it at the same time.
Sorry, I wrote it wrong, I took it at least 2 hours after taking the contraceptive pill. Usually it was 4 hours

In my opinion - there is no such risk.

No studies have been conducted on the effect of a supplement containing Reishi mushroom extracts on the metabolism and effects of birth control pills. An assessment of adverse reactions was carried out for doses well above the recommended amounts; no interactions with medicinal products were then demonstrated.
Therefore, I do not think that there is a real risk of the supplement's effect on hormonal contraception. As usual in such situations - you can be safe than sorry and take the preparations at a different time of the day.
