What does HCG beta test result = 0.2 mean?

Hello, could someone help me if I'm pregnant or not please? I don't understand the result, I have a late period it's been 11 days I went to have a blood test this morning and here is the result. Is it negative?

I also have such a result and I don't know what to think until the first time I did it was 0.100 and after 5 days I have 0.2

Amenorrhea can be caused, for example, by hormonal disorders, thyroid dysfunction, severe infections, intense sports training, restrictive diets, etc. A check-up and diagnostic tests at the gynaecologist are indicated.
