Your dry, tiring cough may be related to the use of Noliprel Forte. One of its active substances is perindopril, a drug from the group of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (ACEIs), which is most likely the cause of the observed ailments. Cough is a common side effect of perindopril, affecting ≥1/100 to <1/10 of patients. After stopping the medication, the cough should subside. However, you should not stop taking the drug on your own. I encourage you to immediately consult a doctor, who will recommend appropriate therapeutic treatment and prescribe a different drug, containing, for example, valsartan or telmisartan (substances with similar effects, belonging to the group of angiotensin receptor antagonists, not causing dry cough).
