Why do I have a normal appetite with the drug Rybelsus?

Good morning I went from 3 to 7mg of Rybelsus and hunger has returned? How come? Thank you

Rybelsus is a medicine used to treat type 2 diabetes. Decreased appetite and thus weight loss are a side effect of the drug.

The lack of reduction in appetite is due to good tolerability of the drug.
