Should I apply Wegovy?

I bought a box of Wegovy 0.25 but I still haven't had the courage to use it... I'm afraid because I have an irritable bowel and I suffer from chronic diarrhea...
I also take hormone tablets, to treat a tumor ... What do you recommend me to do?
