Hello. I have been taking zafrilla for 4 days. I have endometriosis. My gynecologist prescribed me these medications to reduce my menstrual cramps, which are horribly strong every month. Since taking the first pill, I have been experiencing severe pain in my back, legs, buttocks and uterus. Is this normal? Will it normalize? I am able to survive a lot, as long as the pain during my period allows me to function normally. Best regards

Abdominal pain, back pain, bone and muscle pain may be one of the side effects of Zafrilla. Often, these effects disappear with the duration of therapy. The adaptation period to the use of the drug may be the first 3-6 months.
