Can I take a break of less than 7 days in Ginoring (if I skipped a break earlier)?

Hello, I've been using Ginogirng since the beginning of the year. Currently I have taken out the 2nd disc used without a 7-day break (I should take it out until 27.09 but there was spotting) can I use a break shorter than 7 days ?

The disc can be used without any problems, even if staining occurs - there is no need to remove it in such a situation. Its action remains effective.

As for the interval between cycles, it is possible to shorten it and start a new cycle on a different day of the week than the one on which the previous disc was deleted. However, it is worth remembering that in this case there is a greater likelihood of spotting and mid-cycle bleeding. Despite these possible side effects, the method remains effective and the regularity of the cycles may return in the following months.
