Can I increase my Bisocard dosage to 5 mg if my current dose of 2.5 mg stops working after 9-10 hours and palpitations begin?
I am permanently taking Co prestarium 10 + 5 (hypertension) and for 3 days I have been forced to take Bisocard in a dose of 2.5 for supraventricular tachycardia. Unfortunately, after about 9-10 hours, BISOCARD stops working and solid palpitations begin. Can I increase the dose of Bisocard to 5.0?. Unfortunately, the inability to contact a doctor forces me to ask this question.

At the outset, it should be noted that the drugs mentioned in the question: Bisocard (bisoprolol) and Co-Prestarium 10+5mg (amlodipine and perindopril) are subject to prescription, so the need for modification in therapy should be determined by a doctor.
