No, anticoagulant injections (heparin or enoxaparin) are used to prevent blood clots. If they arise, they can lead to serious health complications, such as stroke.

A dietary supplement used orally based on natural extracts will not replace an anticoagulant injection and I strongly advise against using the supplement instead of injections. Please follow your doctor's advice.
