Hello, I took the morning after pill at 10.30 in the morning, and at 00.30 I had a diarrhea quite watery.
Should I worry about effectiveness?

To @Karina:
If you took the pill before ovulation, it had a chance to work. You took it relatively quickly, before the end of 72 hours. Nevertheless, taking the morning-after pill never guarantees 100% effectiveness. According to the manufacturer's information, taking the pill within 72 hours after unprotected sexual intercourse prevents pregnancy in 84%. The greatest effectiveness is achieved after taking it within 12 hours of intercourse.
It is difficult to clearly determine what the risk of pregnancy is in your case. This is because it depends on various factors, m.in. the time of taking the pill, the day of the cycle, and fertility. If necessary, 10-14 days after intercourse, you can take a pregnancy test available in pharmacies or perform a beta-HCG test at least 7 days after intercourse.
If I took a Postinor pill 16 hours after dangerous intercourse, is it very likely that I will prevent pregnancy?

You have already received an answer in another thread on the forum: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/opinie-i-pytania/53468/escapelle-jaka-jest-skutecznosc-escapelle
Hello, and I have a question whether the Escapelle pill is the same pill as Postinor
?
I wanted to buy Escapelle and you gave it to Postinor ? Why?

No, the appearance of diarrhoea 14 hours after taking the tablet does not reduce its effectiveness. The occurrence of vomiting up to 3 hours after taking emergency contraception reduces its effectiveness.
We wrote more about emergency contraception here:
