After one year of taking Slinda, I had uterine prolapse, the first stage. I am 19 years old, I have never had any problems, a completely healthy girl. I have never given birth, I am a virgin. Could Slinda have weakened the pelvic floor muscles, thereby creating uterine prolapse? At the moment, I continue to take Slinda for the third year, the prolapse remains, I do Kegel exercises so that it does not progress.

The side effects of Slinda do not include an increased risk of uterine prolapse.
People who have undergone a complicated birth or multiple births, but also women who have not yet given birth to a child, may be at risk of uterine prolapse. Among the factors that can affect this problem are, m.in, long-term lifting of heavy objects, practicing certain types of sports, obesity, as well as long-term constipation, which causes increased pressure on the pelvic organs. In addition, the lowering of the reproductive organs can also have a genetic basis or appear as a result of connective tissue diseases.
Please avoid lifting heavy things. If you have not done it yet, it is worth consulting a specialist who, if necessary, will recommend additional pharmacotherapy and the use of other forms of urogynecological rehabilitation. The use of pessaries (https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/sprzet-rehabilitacyjny-w-aptece#pessar-ginekologiczny-na-nietrzymanie-moczu-i-wypadanie-pochwy-lub-macicy) can also be discussed with a specialist.
If necessary, here you can use the teleconsultation, which takes place in Polish:
