Unfortunately, among the COC pills (combined oral contraceptives) registered in Poland, I did not find those without lactose in the composition.
In the case of lactose intolerance, I suggest (after consulting your doctor) to change the form of contraception, e.g. patches or vaginal rings. If you need advice from a gynecologist, you can use teleconsultations here:
