MaySiglu is a medicine used to treat type 2 diabetes. Contains the active substance sitagliptin. Like any medicine, MaySiglu can cause side effects and has its contraindications, but it is not harmful by definition if used as directed by your doctor - please use the preparation as directed by a specialist.
