How long to use Clexane?
If I had a bruised leg in a cast for 4 days, how long after it was removed should I take Clexane 4000 injections? Are the next 4 days enough? Thank you for your help.

The duration of Clexane use should be chosen by a doctor who is thoroughly familiar with your medical condition.

After a patellar ligament rupture, I have to take 20 days also 4000. But I think that with a bruise, 10 will be enough.
