Does the pregnancy test show a reliable result 19 days after artificial insemination?
I did artificial insemination 19 days ago and missed my period 6 days ago but pregnancy test still shows negative. Please does it mean I'm not pregnant or tested too early? Or is it related to duphaston I have been taking since two days post Artificial insemination?

You can take a pregnancy test with greater sensitivity (the test is done in the morning, using the first urine collected after the night) or do blood tests to assess the possibility of conception. If the result is still negative in the following days, please report to your gynaecologist for a check-up.
