Can a 21-year-old woman use Estrofem for irregular cycles?
My daughter is 21 years old, won't estrofem hurt her? She was prescribed this drug because of irregular menstruation, but I read that it is a drug for women after hysterectomy and in menopause?

According to the manufacturer, the indications for the use of Estrofem are: "Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) to treat symptoms caused by estrogen deficiency in postmenopausal women. Estrofem is indicated primarily in women who have had their uterus removed and therefore do not require combined oestrogen-progestogen therapy."
However, the drug can also be used off-label, i.e. outside the indications given by the manufacturer. In the case of Estrofem, this is, for example, fertility support or cycle regulation.
Therefore, if the doctor has decided on this type of therapy in the case of your daughter, you should follow the specialist's recommendations.
