Hello, I'm taking modopar hbs 100 plus 25mg, can you drink any alcohol with this drug sometimes? Or is it rather advisable to combine this drug with alcohol?

Alcohol consumption is not recommended during treatment with Madopar HBS. Alcohol can increase drowsiness and dizziness and cause impaired attention.

Drowsiness and, in rare cases, sudden sleep attacks may occur when taking levodopa - adding alcohol may increase the risk of these types of side effects.
