Good morning
I did a vaginal culture and it turned out that there is quite an abundant candida cefyr and the doctor prescribed flukofast according to the antibiogram, just in case, because he thought that he didn't really see a reason to treat it... And therefore I have a question: should I use the drug as on the leaflet, i.e. the dose of 150 mg, 1,4,7 days, or as the doctor prescribed: 1,3,5 days? I don't really know how to listen to it better and who to listen to. Does it matter? Thank you in advance for your reply

Take your medicine as your doctor has told you, i.e. on days 1, 3 and 5 of treatment. Your doctor, taking into account your specific case and test results, has decided that this modification will be the most effective for you in this case.
The difference in the dosing schedule is not expected to have a significant impact on the effectiveness of the treatment, as the total dose remains the same. It is important to follow the advice of your doctor, who has a complete picture of your health and can tailor the therapy to your individual needs.
If you still have any doubts or concerns, please contact your doctor again, who will explain the details of the therapy and answer your questions. If you do not have the opportunity to take advantage of the advice, I am attaching a link to the online teleconsultation:
