I have a few questions, i.e.:
1. Can chlorprothixen hasco 15 mg be taken with myrtle 15 mg?
2. How long does it take for chlorprothixen hasco 15 mg 1 tablet to no longer be in the body?
Are both of these medications for sleep?

1. Although both drugs are metabolized in the liver by cytochrome P450, different enzymes are involved in the transformations, so these drugs do not significantly affect each other's action. They can be used at the same time.
It should be borne in mind that combining them increases the risk of side effects such as drowsiness, impaired concentration, etc.
2. Knowing the pharmacokinetics of the drug, it can be calculated that the drug is completely removed from the body after 2-3 days after the last dose.
According to the manufacturer: Chloroprothixene is quickly absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract and its effects begin within 30 minutes. It is extensively metabolized in the liver and excreted as metabolites in the urine and faeces. The biological half-life of the drug is 8 to 12 hours. It crosses the placental barrier and is excreted in small quantities into milk.
