Does the leakage of the Gynazol cream after about 2 hours of application mean that I should reapply the cream?

Good morning

I would like to ask about the drug Gynosyl, I used it today, but after about 2 hours during defecation I felt that it "fell out" of the vagina and indeed quite a large amount of sealed cream fell out
Does this mean that I should use the cream again?

I understand your concerns. Leakage of Gynazol cream from the vagina after about 2 hours of application is not a cause for concern.

Gynazol vaginal cream can come out of the vagina for a whole day or even 4 days after application, as this is the average time the cream stays on the surface of the vaginal mucosa. After administration, a very small amount of the preparation is absorbed and the rest comes out. To increase comfort during the day, panty liners or sanitary towels can be used.

If, despite everything, you are not sure about this situation, it is always a good idea to consult a doctor who can give you more personalized advice. If you do not have the opportunity to take advantage of the advice, I am attaching a link to the online teleconsultation:
