At the outset, it should be noted that the drugs mentioned in the question are prescription-only, so the legitimacy and need for their simultaneous use in therapy should be determined by a doctor.

If you have doubts about the safety of using these medicines at the same time, or if you are concerned about an exacerbation of your laryngitis symptoms, I recommend that you consult your doctor, who will be able to assess your health situation and provide appropriate guidance on treatment. If you do not have the opportunity to consult your doctor, you can use the teleconsultation here:

At the same time, it should be noted that the application of hydrocortisone ointment to a large area of the body ("Practically all over the body") is malpractice. Steroids should not be used on large surfaces, due to the absorption of topical steroids through the skin. Corticosteroids for external use may lead to the appearance of telangiectasia (dilated capillaries), stretch marks or skin atrophy. The skin of the face and skin folds are particularly susceptible to their occurrence. Steroid-induced dermatitis is also a dangerous complication.
