When will pharmacies be Spamilan?

The next delivery of Spamilan 10 mg should be expected at the turn of April/May.

We have launched the possibility of subscribing to e-mail notifications, after completing the form, you will receive an e-mail as soon as the medicine appears in the pharmacy (photo attached).

If you have a problem with filling a prescription for a dose of 10 mg, the pharmacist may dispense 2 packs of the drug in a dose of 5 mg. In this case, in order to maintain the appropriate dosage, 2 tablets of the drug should be taken at a time in a dose of 5 mg.

*SPAMILAN* *BUSPIRONE*

I have a question not only about myself but about all patients who take Spamilan, this drug is in short supply, practically not available anywhere, it has no substitutes.

At the moment, the most up-to-date information available that the delivery is expected to be in mid-June 2026 is almost the end of June, and pharmacies have still been empty for a long time.

What should patients who have run out of supplies do? Is there any drug in the same group as buspirone, or acting on the same relays, something that can be swapped out?

Personally, I love this drug because it beat my medications :)
I have hEDS, AuDHD, C-PTSD, medications, panic attacks etc so it was not an easy challenge, I had to help my doctors after many different approaches and after a long research on my part I suggested buspirone which helped No SSRIs work for me, benzodiazepines and hydroxyzine are not suitable for long-term treatment, SNRIs help for other aspects although they don't do anything for medication, also quetiapine didn't help

I think maybe Risperidone would give something?

Natallre.... A friend of mine struggled with depression on her own... But she didn't win that fight, what's more, she's in a psychiatric hospital today. Spamilian helps me a lot, I take 3x10mg for this Sastium 100mg and I have never felt better :) Are you writing that these drugs make a zombie out of a person? Yes, but only the wrong ones, because as you know, every body reacts differently and you have to "find" this drug that will make you feel like a "young God" :) And it's not easy. I've been taking medication for a long time, but the combination I have now seems like a shot in 10 :)

Spamilan 10 is still available but 5 is completely unavailable. This is a big inconvenience, because there is a large group of people who react atypically to medications and they could use 5, because it is easy to divide it into 2.5 if the first days take such a starting dose. It is a crime that there is such a shortage of different concentrations of drugs in Poland, a European country in the 21st century. Or maybe it's really not worth taking these antidepressants, they just make a soulless zombie out of a person. It doesn't matter if they help for a while, if they destroy sensitivity and then the fear comes back anyway. There is no smile, no delight, no crying. Nothing. Robot. That is why people today are like masks, emotionless and uncreative. Maybe it's worth teaching the body to fight anxiety on its own, but access to psychotherapy and the lack of its continuity, because there are often appointments, is common in Poland.
