As of Friday, the very painful stinging of the ovary experienced after the diagnosis of the ovarian cyst and the recommended therapy may be related to the body's reaction to hormonal changes or to the cyst itself. Both Orgametril, Summamed, and Cycloamine can cause a variety of side effects, including stomach aches or other ailments related to the reproductive system. It is possible that the soreness you are experiencing may be a reaction to these medications.

If the pain is very severe or persistent, it is important that you contact your gynecologist. Your doctor will be able to assess your current situation, understand the cause of your pain and suggest appropriate treatment or further action. Severe abdominal pain should not be underestimated, as it may be a symptom of a more serious problem that requires immediate medical attention.
