Is it possible that during ovulation, my bacterial intimate infection may be more intense? I'll just add that I'm currently taking an antibiotic for a bacterial vaginal infection on the 5th day and I have the impression that I feel the symptoms a little more (itching, burning vagina). I had a swab done before the treatment and it was confirmed that I had an intimate infection caused by oxygen bacteria.

During ovulation, the consistency of mucus within the genital tract changes, while the coincidence of the situation can also be coincidental - in short, the treatment does not have the effect of withdrawing the symptoms. If you experience increased discomfort, it is worth seeing a doctor (especially if the symptoms do not disappear after ovulation and after the end of the treatment).
