The maximum daily dose will then not be exceeded.
The recommended starting dose is two tablets of Exbol 37.5 mg + 325 mg. If necessary, additional doses may be given, but not more than 8 tablets (equivalent to 300 mg of tramadol and 2600 mg of paracetamol) per day.
Changing the dosage of the drug should be consulted with a doctor.
