Whether Asertin Causes bezsenność?
I started using Asertin, first 25mg and after 6 days 50mg. Unfortunately after increasing the dose from 1 a.m. I am already awake, will this pass? This is the third drug after which I don't sleep at night (the same with Seronil 30mg, Orivena and even ashwaganda). The doctor wants to go back to Seronil 20mg and I'm afraid I won't be able to sleep again...

Asertin is a medicine whose active ingredient is sertraline. The leaflet of the medicine contains information about side effects, which very often include insomnia. It should also be noted that drowsiness is also a very common condition.
It should be remembered that in the case of most sertraline-containing drugs, the effects of action may be visible after about 10-14 days from the effective dose. Usually, it takes 2-3 weeks for an improvement in the patient's condition to be observed. Sometimes this period is even a few weeks.
It's hard to say whether such a short therapy could have affected your sleep disorders. Please rule out other reasons that may also affect insomnia. It's also a good idea to talk to your doctor about your dosage. It is possible that in your case the dose of 25mg will be effective and will not affect sleep disorders. This decision can only be made by a doctor.
