Limecycline (the active ingredient in Tetralysal) is an antibiotic belonging to the tetracycline group. When using antibiotics, it is recommended to limit or avoid alcohol consumption. Alcohol consumption while taking limecycline may reduce the effectiveness of the treatment and increase the risk of side effects such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, dizziness, etc.
