Then, after about 2 weeks, creatine can be gradually introduced - if, for example, the side effect of escitalopram therapy is weakness, fatigue – creatine will add energy, support the reconstruction of damaged tissues. After another 2-3 weeks, if necessary, NADH can be implemented - to strengthen and maintain the already achieved effect.
