There are no contraindications to taking these supplements during treatment with Escipram. Nevertheless, it is worth introducing these preparations gradually - not all 3 at once and observe the body's reaction.
All 3 of these substances can support the treatment of depression, but they can also increase the risk of side effects such as stomach aches, headaches, and nausea. Therefore, it is recommended to gradually incorporate them into the treatment.

For example, it is worth starting with Alpha GPC - it participates in the formation and maintenance of the proper structure of cells, is responsible for communication between cells, etc., and can support the action of escitalopram. Then, after about 2 weeks, creatine can be gradually introduced - if, for example, the side effect of escitalopram therapy is weakness, fatigue – creatine will add energy, support the reconstruction of damaged tissues. After another 2-3 weeks, if necessary, NADH can be implemented - to strengthen and maintain the already achieved effect.
