Can you use Nasonex steroid together with Zinnat?

Good morning, is it possible to use the steroid Nasonex together with the antibiotic Zinnat? The child started taking Nasonex 4 days ago (the child was 3 years old), in the meantime the flu developed and the child was given an antibiotic. Can they be used in parallel or should the treatment with nasonex be discontinued? Can there be any complications due to too short a course of nasonex? Thank you for your reply.
